Job Title: ATM Support Team Leader
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos-Nigeria

Duties: Responsible for coordinating the installation, maintenance and support of all
new ATMs to ensure an accurate and timely istallation that meets expectations agreed
upon. Creating an extremely positive relationship with our clients and maintaining
highly efficient methods of operation. Manage direct reports and assist team
members in developing effective processes.

Requirement: First degree in Electrical Engineering/Physics or Electronics.
2 years ATM installation and support experience. Team player with strong reporting
and documentation abilities. Project management experience.
Not more than 35 years.

Job Title: ATM Support Engineers
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos-Nigeria

Duties: To provide regular maintenance and technical support tocustomers.
To work closely with all technical support teams. To use existing skills and
knowledge as well as appropriate support resources to resolve customer's problems.

Requirement: First degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics.
2 years ATM installation and support experience. Excellent analytical and
troubleshooting skills for problem resolution.Team player with strong reporting
and documentation abilities.Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication
skills and the ability to generate strong and lasting relationships with our customers.
